A Law Firm Rich in History
Davis, Cichorski & O'Shea originated with lawyer Paul P. Harris in 1906. Mr. Harris was also the founder of Rotary International. He had several partners over the years including Fred W. Reinhardt who was Mr. Harris' partner for three decades, until he retired in 1946. In 1929, Mitchel P. Davis joined the firm. By the 1960s, he was one of the principal partners, along with Henry X. Dietch and William L. Ryan. In the 1970s, Arthur F. Cichorski became a partner. The practice operated as Davis & Cichorski throughout the 1980s, 1990s and much of the 2000s. Art Cichorski became head of the firm in 1985 and remained so until his retirement in 2008. Our firm's current owner, Edward J. O'Shea, has been with the firm since 2002 and assumed proprietary duties in 2008.
